She is an Assistant Professor at Masters of Architecture (Interior Architecture) at SSAA since 2019. She has completed her Bachelors in Architecture from Dr. B. N College of Architecture, Pune and an International Masters’ in Interior Architectural Design (Craft and Technology) from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart, Germany. She closely understands the need for design, research, innovation and experimentation in the field of Interior Architecture and Design. Her specialisation has led in the understanding and sensitivity of global issues with respect to traditional and cultural convictions.
Her thesis ‘Exploring various business models that changed the status of traditional craft in India – Entrepreneurial strategies used by craft-based organisations’ served as an amalgamation between business management and design and was widely appreciated. She has previously worked in organisations that specialize in design, conservation and sustainability. She has won many awards during academic years and was also shortlisted for the CEPT-Kohler Design Scholarship.
